How pre-orders work

All JOLLY Essentials products are sold on pre-order. You are charged at checkout, and we place a fresh order with our supplier right away. Please allow 2–3 weeks for fulfillment before your order ships.

Cancellation

Cancel free of charge within 48 hours of placing your order — just contact us at info@jollyessentials.ca.

Refunds

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Order updates

We will email you the moment your order ships, and we will email you proactively about any delay.
